Premise: 25% bankruptcy for small towns where saveall dist store opened.
evaluation?
you want to choose a statement that either strengthens or weakens the argument. if the 25% bankruptcy is natural, then M will probably see 25% of its stores closed anyway. in other words, the 25% rate is natural and business norm. HOWEVER, if the rate is much lower than 25%, then it strengthens the argument that the opning of saveall hurts the economy of M.
