A，我是没想明白，按照大全注释，“平行角度只有B的replacement最合适”，A也有replacement

同时，我想根据前面句子　Poor－－，outdated-- ,都是形容词性啊，A中的steel's 有点符合？

they are parallel because management and  technology are  noun phrases, so replacement is needed and "the ... of ..."is better.

“平行角度只有B的replacement最合适”，指的是一个必要条件，即可以通过这个来排除一些选项，比如可以排除C/D/E，但不意味着这是一个充分条件。前两个平行结构虽然有形容词结构，但是，核心词还是名词，所以对名词的平行放在第一位。

谢谢楼上两位，我有点明白了！

同时，也想到ETS，在两个名词并列使用时，优先　n1 of n2结构。

而且好象在OG中解释中，看到过 “the ”用在一个短语前，是为了表明后面所接的是名词！
