Reasoning：离赤道越远，DHL理应更有效阻止车祸，但是离赤道很远的国家有DHL的只有美国；信息2：DHL可以减少摩托车事故。其他有该法律的国家距离赤道都比美国近，而DHL并没有十分有效（否则不会只有美国有该法律）。

以上是从CD下载的，OG12分类by毛毛，但是小弟一直没有看懂，题目的最后一句话是否应该是：真正拥有该法律的国家离赤道的距离比美国离赤道的距离还远，因此我认为选D好像更合适，REASONING中为什么突然说美国有DHL，题目中有这样的话吗？
希望大家能指教，我真是思考了好久还是不得其中要领！再次谢谢！

最后一句话看错了吧：the only countries [that actually have such laws] are farther from the equator than is the continental United States （is from the equator).
