(E)The mass of a star, after passing through the red giant stage, will determine whether it compresses itself into a white dwarf, a neutron star, or a black hole

A, B, 和C 中的The United States petroleum industry's cost 应改为sth of sth, D和E的by the end of the decade位置不一样,D中by the end of the decade会有歧义, 不知是estimated的时间还是the cost to meet the regulation的时间. 另外, D中is不能和by the end of一起用.
be projected at 指的是计划....和 be estimated at 是估计...

三个以上的并列指的是a white dwarf, a neutron star, or a black hole吗? 如果是应该是很正常为什么说a white dwarf, a neutron star, or a black hole之间的并列,用whether 就是正常的呢?
