问题：句子未划线部分whose是否有指代不清的问题？

没有指代不清的问题，whose members即指limited life funds的members，我认为如此，O(∩_∩)O~

whose指代前面的名词,可以指代人和物. whose用法和which一样,都需要直接接触指代对象,所以这里很清楚地指代了funds,无歧义

whose直接跟在funds后，所以指代funds啊~。。但是which是可以跳跃指代的，具体可以根据谓语的单复数和逻辑来判断，但是which也会出现指代不明的情况。

句子是whose members，funds能有members吗？association有members比较说得通啊
