答案选C，但我觉得C中不应该说not decrease,而应该是not increase, 如果是按C中所说，效率没有减少，那么可能是不变或者是增加，如果效率不变，会得到conclusion,但如果效率增加，且增加的足以不需要进口，那么conclusion不成立。只有说效率没有增加，即not increase 才能成为假设，因为没有增加就是不变或者降低，都可以得到conclusion。所以我觉得C选项不对啊，求解答

推出 the number of televisions Borodia imports annually from Vernland has increased 进口增加
assumption是排除他因。选C

not decrease不是效率没有减少，是时间没有减少，意思是效率不变。
