答案应该是D。

虽然退休以后从一个州到另一个州生活的人当中，到Florida的人的比例下降，但如果象D所说的那样，总人数上升，那么到Florida的实际人数也不一定下降。

even though Florida attracts MORE people than does any other state, if the total number of moving retiree decreases siginificantly, according to this 3% decrease, the retirees moving to florida might still decrease(not weaken the argument), not increase!

3% decrease = retiree to florida / all retiree to another state in the country

应该是D啊, 是比较常见的通过percentage混淆事实的题.

突然想起另外一道题,大意是什么什么survey显示喜欢住楼房的人占45%,喜欢住平房的人占20%,剩下的是喜欢住别墅的人35%,所以喜欢住楼房的人是最多的. 其实是不喜欢住楼房的人比喜欢住楼房的人要多(有55%),应该是推不出这个结论的. 和这题具体不相似,但想给大家提个醒:percentage不可轻信啊

你的翻译不正确.人家的number指的是退休后去Fl的总人数.不是去其他州的

D.去F州的retirees所占百分比下降，但retirees总人数增加了，所以去F州的人数还是有可能增加

而其他答案：

A, 明显是focus对象偏离了，原文是说retired people,而这里是说people；

B, accept employment与原文的retirees没有关系

C,business to tourists与business to retirees不是一个概念，原文的结论是针对business cater to retirees的

E. 说离开F州的退休人员多了，一定程度是support了原文的题目

我觉得选D也比较牵强。

小弟不是太理解the total number只的是全国的人还是F州的人，

全国的退休后去其他州人数增加，不一定F州也增加阿，原文没给推理。这个地方要求我们知道F州是度假胜地，但是根据原文告诉什么才知道什么原则，我们完全可以把F周理解成阿拉斯加那样的没什么人度假的地方啊。完全有可能，的确去其他州的人多，但是，去F州的仍然减少阿。D选项那个只是一个平均值阿。

F州去其他州人数增加，那不是削弱结论了吗？

不过相比其他选项，D算好些。

期待牛牛解答。

虽说百分率的下降不等于总人数的下降，可D选项说的是TO ANOTHER STATE,不一定是F州啊~~ 所以TO ANOTHER STATE的 TOTAL NUMBER 的增加并不能代表去F州的TOTAL NUMBER 增加阿.....

我也选了D.总人数上升了即使比例下降,实际人数也是在上升的.

A不对,虽然FL比其他的州吸引的人多,但是和他自己比,人数在下降啊(前提是总人数不增多),既然人数下降那么必然会影响到跟退休有关的产业的.要和自己比,不能和别的州比

不觉得题目出得非常严谨吗？这样一看别的选项根本就不可能选

A 错在“来Florida的人比去别的州的人多” 这个事实与题中给出“本地为退休人服务的生意将会不好”的结论没有关系。

比如，即使去Florida 的人是1 million，去别的州的 half a million , 但是过去十年发展的服务业可服务对象是1。2million，那结果就是生意会不好。

我认为答案应该是D，

A: F是美国吸引退休人员最多的州,但这里的比较是F（以前吸引人数）和F（现在吸引人数）的比较，和其他州没有关系。

B：完全无关。

C: 说的是对那些针对退休老人的行业的影响

D：虽然移居F的老人比例下降，但是全国的移居老人的人数大量上升，因此绝对人数应该是上升的。

难判断的应该是ad

a中说 Florida attracts more people who move from one state to another when they retire than does any other state. 应该是个无关比较,因为即使attract more people than other states 但是如果总人数下降了,还是会有影响的.所以weaken 不了结论

bec应该都是support来的

d中说,retired to another state的人多了, 所以就不会有影响了, 但是我觉得题目有点不完整,应该补充总人数retaire to florida 的人多了才好,因为如果那些retaire to 其他州的人增加而去florida 的人不见增加的话,那也没有用.

A.说的是F比其他任何周流入的人都多。但是并不代表F和自身比人数上升，举个例子，总共10个州，每个州都流入5个人到F，同时F向每个州流入1人。这个假设满足A的条件，但是对于F而言，退休人员反而减少了。支持了题目的观点

B. 太明显不解释

C.观点讨论的是和退休有关的业务，引入旅游业没有意义

D.说的是迁移到其他州的退休人员总人数增加了。但是不代表迁移到F州的人数增加了，有可能是减少啊

E.退休时离开F的人增多了，那是支持了观点啊

我认为此题无解！！！！

同意选D，D表达的是总人数的增加，只有总人数增加才能推出实际人数的增加从而weaken结论，E选项说的是从F搬走的人数的增加，如果总人数不变或减少，搬走的人变多，只会strengthen结论
