请问题目的问法:

"Which of the following, if true, provides the best basis for a rebuttal of the criticism?"

应该怎样理解？

以下选项如果正确，能够作为反驳criticism观点的最好的论据？（削弱题型）

以下选项如果正确，能够作为criticism反驳的最好论据？（加强题型）

我认为，如果原文已经表明了rebuttal的内容，那么就是加强；如果原文没有表明rebuttal的内容，而仅仅是criticism的内容，那就是削弱。

举个例子：

1－针对政府的环保政策，环境学家criticize XX. 问："Which of the following, if true, provides the best basis for a rebuttal of the criticism?" 答题方向是削弱环境学家的观点；

2－针对政府的环保政策，环境学家criticize XX. 但是政府rebut环境学家的criticism. 问：Which of the following, if true, provides the best basis for a rebuttal of the criticism?" 答题方向是支持政府的观点；

大家不用争论啦，偶尽早已经找到了最经典的证据，OG30题（关于那个军火购买协议中以'historical costing"来定价的问题），几乎一摸一样，是ETS的标准表达方法，我们记住就好了，我们的误解可能是因为受中国英语的理解，印象中OF只能是那个意思。

Which of the following statements, if true, is the best basis for a criticism of historical costing as an economically sound pricing method for military contracts?

比较一下这个题 Which of the following, if true, provides the best basis for a rebuttal of the criticism?

可不是咋的？！OG还是要好好读啊，包括它的提问方式。
