first time buy无论是在cost还是profit margin 都比replace的要小，但是去年售出的电脑number,price,profit margin 都没变，但是profits却比前年要增加很多，那么唯一的原因是在售出的不变的number中，first buy 的比例在减少，replace的比例增多，因为后者的profit margin要高，这样才有可能使profits增加。而C在讲什么从竞争者中买replace，感觉不太相关
