排除了ABC 因为may,但是不明白E 如何做到平行，答案说抽象具象什么的，不是很懂啊，求指教啊！！！THXTHXTHXTHX

E.   so persistent her lobbying for wage and hour reform, that
c 还是E呢还是在争议呢？
如果是E 为什么可以省略and，C的话是独立主格吗？

排除了ABC 因为may,但是不明白E 如何做到平行，答案说抽象具象什么的，不是很懂啊，求指教啊！！！THXTHXTHXTHX

首先may和possible都有可能的意思 wordy了所以排除前三个
D. include melting the polar ice caps and sea levels that are rising
前面那个是动名词结构是MELT这个动作后面那个是that修饰一个名词是sea levels这个东西怎么能是结构平行呢
E. include melting of the polar ice caps and a rise in sea level
虽然结构也不是完全一样 MELT这个动作对应a rise 这个动作

动名词doing xxx和动作名词 a rise, growth是可以平行的，具体楼主可以看看manhattan的平行部分，里面讲的挺好

同意。动名词ving和rise/growth都是抽象名词。
