我觉得平行应该不是问题。
关键是confidence in the economy to avoid ... and to come in ... 这样结构不好。 其实这个类似那种 because of sb doing sth 的错误。 其实它是把两个句话合并为一个了。 因为我可以理解avoid and come 的主语是 market 而不是economy 对吧？ 所以还是用that从句把主语明确出来较好。除非这样说 confidence in the economy that the economy will avoid and come in... .
