答案是A。但请问一下a proposed new style of aircraft这种表达主语究竟是什么啊，按照题目应该是aircraft，但是我怎么总觉得是a proposed new style啊。另外According to的逻辑主语可以是a proposed new style吗？我觉得它的用法像下面的错句子： Based on the recent decline in enrollment , the ofice decided to evaluate its recruitment strategies. Based on修饰错了the ofice啊。。

57我也不能说清楚lz的问题，只是对于长句就是用排除法排除最明显的错误来做题的，没有最好的答案，只有更好的答案。a proposed new style of aircraft可以理解成aircraft的一种新型号飞行器：还有a proposed new style做According to its proponents的逻辑主语很合适呀，its proponents指的就是这种新型号的支持者，its指的是“a proposed new style的”
至于58题 首先substitute for是固定搭配先排除D、E。A中 assigned by them的them指代不清，C中having...可直接做employees后置定语也可以在伴随状语直接修饰上面整个句子（逻辑主语是some governments），所以最好的就是用定语从句就不会产生歧义了作者: visiontokyo 时间: 2011-7-14 21:21

新手回答，抛砖引玉，如有错误请指教 对57，初看并没有什么问题，by skimming along the top of the atmosphere这个插入语有点妨碍阅读 看B，句子意思改变了，变成proponents飞，而不是a proposed new style of aircraft飞。 对C，with改变了句子意思（好吧我是“句意”党） 对D,because of 改变了原文的意思，飞机是通过这个方式飞，不是因为这个方式飞，随意插入因果关系通常也是可以排除的。 对E，makes it possible that啰嗦 所以选A 最后回答LZ问题，楼主说的没错，核心词就是 style ，可以理解为这种飞机型号是通过大气层巡航来完成飞行的，对A OF B，核心词是A；对B'S A ，核心词是A
对83, 对A，assign的发出者是paycheck，显然不对 对B，感觉没什么问题，看下一个 对C，assign的发出者还是paycheck 对D，substitute for是固定搭配，不能被逗号隔开，in place of也多余 对E，FOR没了，不对 所以选B
