要跟着题干来，不能根据现实中的经验想。

注意第二种方法：improving what is already there B说HOTEL的选址已经是最吸引人的了，仅仅说明HOTEL选址的时候选得最好了，不能排除其他方面没有improve余地
而且选址这个事情，早就发生了，和improve what is already there没有关系啊
