Business Consultant: some corporations shun the use of executive titles because they fear that the use of titles indicating position in the corporation tends to inhibit communication up and down the corporate hierarchy. 答案是B。之前我也一直在B和E之间徘徊，但还是选了E。想请问E错在哪了？

第一句黑脸说的是：使用头衔会妨碍内部交流。这只是可观地描述一种头衔的效果，而且作者认为这种效果确实是真的。黑体部分并没有主张不要用头衔，所以第一句黑脸没有被反对。被反对的是第一句黑脸前面那句话的做法（shun the use of executive titles）

对比一下B,E就能看出来了

B:The first is a consideration that has led to the adoption of a certain strategy;the second presents a reason against adopting that strategy.
说是第一句黑脸lead to的strategy被反对，不是黑脸本身被反对。
