In test for pironoma, a serious disease, a false positive result indicates that people have pironoma when, in fact, they do not; a false negative result indicates that people do not have pironoma when, in fact, they do. To detect pironoma most accurately, physicians should use the laboratory test that has the lowest proportion of false positive results.

归纳类的题绝对不能有原ARGUMENT里没有的东西，归纳题用排除法最简单。

哎哟，除了snowflower MM，咋就没有人理我呢，我自己想明白了，解释一下：这个支持当假设来做，（E）是排除他因，与OG100题一摸一样，一个结果本来有多个因素影响，要得到只有其中一个因素是在起作用的结果，就得排除其他方面的因素的影响。但让我不解的是：the lowest proportion of false positive results. 这个短语是怎么理解的？有没有XDJM可以帮忙一下，谢谢！

有pironoma，测试结果是positive，没有，结果是negative；原文中a false positive result 和a false negative result说明错误的测试结果导致错误的结论。因此要用新的方法能将错误的positive 结果比例最小化也就是laboratory test 。E就是排除他因，加强了原文的结论。

我的理解是，如果所有实验室的测试得出的错误的阴性结果是一样的，那说明这个已经没得变了，那么要提高准确率，只能采用错误的阳性结果最少的方法了。。。

还是晕，谁来更好的解释下
