题目选B,没有什么疑问，
但是D选项的stablizing错了嘛？这里是不是修饰的主句主语，the yield of gas?表伴随？还是修饰的that从句表伴随？

个人感觉，之后的stablize也包括在expected的范围内，所以它和to increase是并列关系。应该用平行结构。。

现在分词作状语表示同步，而不定时做状语表示未来，因为原句有until 2005 and then，说明是未来

b an extraction rate前用逗号连接，什么连词也没有，代表它是一个单独的句子了，这样不对的吧？
an extraction rate是前面的同位语吗？

另外，D中的v-ing在含义上不正确，stabilize既不能和前面的内容保持伴随关系，也不是用于修饰前面整个句子，而是作为expected内容的一部分才合理。所以是B。
