Conclusion: TV imports from V to B has increased.
The assumption is that if TV assemblers in B are fewer, there will be fewer TV made in B. A further assumption is that the efficiency of TV assemblers in B has not changed (answer C).

觉得楼上说得在理，要准确得定位一个出题词，however, Tv assembler decreased, import from V to B increased. 之前的几个原因：1，平均工资（v小于b）； 2，b对于进口v电视的关税降低（three years ago); 这1，2两条说明，进口V得tv对于b是有吸引力的，而3，Tv的总销售量在b是一直stable的，这一点肯定了b的市场是有稳定得需求的。
