从语法上讲that就近修饰culture，而且这里that后面用的是was,如果指代的是the residents的话。那么应该用were。Culture was Algonquian-speaking. 这句话从逻辑上讲不通吧。
一直对no less than 的用法心存疑虑。比如说OG里的第30题。“No less remarkable than the development of the compact disc has been the use the new technolgy to revitalize, in better sound than was ever before possible, some of the classic recorded performance of the pre-LP era.这句话怎么理解？
