请问， 1.A与Dwith的逻辑主语是什么，
2. 如果D中的the economy改成 economies,是不是就对了？

1.逻辑主语是 the Dutch economy
2.我觉得即使改成了复数，D的表达仍然不正确
首先，with的逻辑主语是the Dutch economy，并不能执行后面那个句子的动作
其次，即使逻辑主语正确了，这个句子表达的是两个事件the Dutch economy has grown faster the economies of Britain, France, and Germany和the unemployment rate has remained well below that of the other three countries. 这两件事情在逻辑上并没有什么紧密的联系，所以用and在句意的表述上更清晰

但是，能不能把with从句理解为是与前句是一种伴随关系？

恩~我明白你的意思我之前也总觉得with一般就是用来表伴随啊，所以可以随便用
但是我后来看了很多NN的帖子才知道，with表伴随（其实也算是独立主格的一种吧）其实有很多要求的
具体的你还是看看这个讨论帖吧，说的很好的

恩，这个解释我觉得对。economy 与unemployment rate 这两个事物不存在谁属于谁的关系，没有必要伴随。
