这是一个习惯。。。 对于不同地域的人群，就可以这样表达，因为一个人不可能同时住在两个地方。 但是对于rate，没有两个in的话，会产生歧义：法国和美国（作为一个整体）的比率作者: flywer 时间: 2011-6-2 15:00
我觉得是因为D省略了会导致句子的意思表达不清 B选项中，France与United States 用来修饰people,这个句子比较的是这两个国家的people consume fatty foods这件事情是 at about the same rate，所以即使省略了in也可以清楚的明白句子所要表达的意思。 但是D选项是直接比较的两个国家消费的the rate of fatty foods， 相当于是在说the rate of fatty foods consumed in France and the rate of fatty foods consumed in the United States是一样的is about the same，此时若是省略了介词in，就会使得究竟是在比较什么无法清晰的表达了。 个人意见~~仅供参考哈
