namely 不是连词不能连接一个句子，所以应该namely that +句子，排除AE

C选项，it指代不明，而且句中没有任何名词能代替it。
D选项 considerable 一般是修饰抽象名词的，比如 time， money， attention, 所以 a considerable variation i不恰当;some fraternal twins resembling each other greatly and others looking quite dissimilar 在原文意思就是指fact，用 with结构+it is a fact that 是不准确的而且繁琐的：感觉with。。。。伴随的一个fact, 但其实with后面的话就是fact。

应该算是that引导名词性从句做主句的主语吧。
that= some fraternal twins resemble each other greatly while others look quite dissimilar.

mark一下。it is the fact that ＋陈述事实。D把要陈述的事实变成了With伴随成分，逻辑重心转移。看原句The fact of some fraternal twins resembling each other greatly and others looking quite dissimilar highlights。。。。。。主语逻辑重心在所描述的事实上。D把主语变成伴随状语了。改句子首先要尊重原句意思。OG里说的。

我看到有些解释说

我百度了其他解释，感觉对这个难句的理解如下：
　　That some fraternal twins resemble each other greatly while others look quite dissimilar, namely that they vary considerably，(到此处为主语) highlights(谓语) an interesting and often overlooked feature of fraternal-twin pairs。
　　此处，namely引起了一个意合，要求两端的形式尽量一致。命题者依据避免主语过长的原则，把namely后面的半截移到了句子最后，进一步加大了题目的难度。这一招在其它题目也出现过，请看这题：
　　GWD-11-Q33:
　　After more than four decades of research and development, a new type of jet engine is being tested that could eventually propel aircraft anywhere in the world within two hours or help boost cargoes into space at significantly lower costs than current methods permit.

补充下，我感觉considerable和considerably意思不一样。前者经常表示大量的，后者则表示程度：非常。从这点判断，我觉得vary considerably比considerable variation强太多，意思也不一样。
