As a means of increasing profits and more accurately predicting what items should be stocked, the assistant manager of gourmet food store proposes that music from a particular country be played during the period food items from that country are on sale.

ask:是不是在period 和food 省略一个关系副词when， food items from that country are on sale 修饰period?
