楼主,我想你选C的原因是因为没有分析好spend在这里到底是修饰那个成分的,如果选C的话,spend 和impose,require的待遇相同,都是plan的谓语,但是plan不可能是spend的执行者,其实spending是用来修饰前面doctors 滴,doctors spend less time with each patient才说的通啊。不知你理解了否?
