B．根据句意，定语从句应该修饰several posts，故为复数，使用includes错误,并且时态上讲应该使用一般过去时；which与所指的posts相隔太远，不好。

这么说which不是永远就近指代的？要根据具体情况具体分析？怎么来分析呢谢了！

which并不完全是就近指代。也有可能是通过句子的逻辑意思判断其指代对象，尤其是像这种题目里面是核心词+介词分词等修饰结构的时候，指代核心词。
比如说这题就是这样，United States Senator Daniel Inouye was appointed to several posts within the Democratic Party during his first term, that included assistant majority whip and vice-chair of the Democratic Senatorial Committee. 这里several posts就是核心词。如果which全部都是就近指代的话，那是不是也有可能指代前面的term呢？

一般我做到的就近指代都是n+which，which修饰前面的那个名词。

不过我觉得宗旨还是通过逻辑意思判断which的指代对象...

谢谢指点。下次见到貌似被指代词+介词我会小心了。一直以为which是永远就近指点，做了很多题没错过，这个我还是第一次碰见。。

which的考点有点让我迷糊啊。。现在比较熟悉的只有两个考点：

1. 就近指代不能出错
2. 不能指代前面整句话的意思

恩我也觉得。。指代什么的很容易错。。
所以多数我都是看能不能先用别的排除，得出正确答案再用which什么的验证下~
