believe  后面跟的应该是句子，但是上面两个动词unethered 和 estimated应该都是分词短语修饰the fragment的，请问这个从句里面是不是没有谓语;

如果belive后面跟的不是从句，那么应该是blieve that fragment sth 但是句子里有没有sth这部分

总之觉得这个句子不完整，请教大家，谢谢！

provide是谓语阿...太马虎了吧
