我当时选的C，觉得它是无关选项。典型的ORANGE/APPLE 后来查以前的讨论帖，说C可以WEAKEN 结论The postal service is badly mismanaged. 但是没有任何CLUE说PRIVATE DELIVERY的PRICE高就可以推出MANAGEMENT很好或者不好，以和POSTAL的做比较啊。

我觉得C 的意思是故意强调 FIRST -CLASS SERVICE。 实际上也是说 所有的服务都涨价了。 我开始也觉得是C. 但是一看题目强调的 MISMANAGE. 那这个通胀问题就应该不是考虑范围了吧。。。作者: sdcar2010 时间: 2011-5-24 07:20

What it says is that for the same service, the postal service is cheaper. Therefore, it is NOT mismanaged as the stimulus claimed.
(E) The average level of consumer prices overall has increased more than 300 percent over the last forty years.
