选E，并且解释上说的是：“专有名词的复数:专有名词的复数跟普通单词一样,在词尾添加s表示复数概念
还有说“A选项主谓不一致，is 应改为复数”
但是原题上已经用同位结构“a complex···”解释说明了The Sports Medicine Programs,为什么谓语还要用复数？？？

同位语不影响谓语的啊。。。读句子的时候管都不用管撒。。。。。主语是programs，谓语直接是复数

但是我觉得这道题的同位语应该是个暗示啊……a complex就暗示了前面的一坨大写字母开头的东西是单数啊……

complex的名词意思是“综合设施；复合体”，在这里指Olympic Training Center

a complex指代的是center，从where这个词就能看出来，program不是一个地点
