原句的意思是想表达“供应商养殖鱼类的生长速度和鱼类自然生产速度作比较”，但是正确选项D中___they grow naturally ,THEY会不会有指代不明的嫌疑呢？请NN赐教

再补充一个问题：在这个题的解释说明中说道“在指代原则中有一条就近指代原则:当一个句子中出现两个以上的复数名词时,复数代词优先指代离它近的复数名词,这条原则用样适用于单数名词.”可是这个题就近的名词是fish,不是复数，而就近的复数名词正好是suppliers.这样不是很令人baffled麼？

对啊,我也纠结这个答案,后面两个they都是指fish,如果选D,第一个they指suppliers..............这个很矛盾啊
所以百般无奈选了C啊

fish是集体名词吧，应该they指代的就是fish..

fish的复数也是fish，所以这里是指代fish的

我觉得They是指代suppliers

suppliers are growing fish twice as fast as they grow naturally
主语谓语宾语主语谓语宾语省略

根据平行原则,选择D吧
