就是想问一下题干里that是因such而来吗？那前面的seriously delinquent和这个that有关系吗？

如果是such...that...整体结构，是做结果状语的，翻译成“A怎么怎么样，以至于/使得……”
而这里显然不是这么翻译的。

如果是同位语从句，such trouble被that it it does not expect payments to be made when they are due解释。那么are seriously delinquent和in such trouble是独立两件事吗？such和前面的seriously delinquent没有关系了？

对，没有关系. delinquent和in such trouble that they do not expect payments when due并列.
这里such做predeterminer

但是对于seriously delinquent loans, wont they worry that they probably wont get the payments whey these seriously delinquent loans are due?

seriously delinquent已经严重拖欠了.
in such trouble that they do not expect payments when due.还没拖欠。
