看到楼主写“底层打工的，没有什么leadership exp”，建议楼主再研究一下“leadership ”的含义和范畴，好好想想leadership方面的例子，对申请会很有帮助。

从推荐信来讲，推荐人有MBA学历会很好。您列举的1、2internship的时候，和您一起工作时间有多少？如果这3年来都没有工作关系，建议不选。

通常比较理想的推荐信组合是，一个来自直接上司，一个来自间接上级或者工作伙伴，或者顾客，或者其他密切工作同事。

本科fudan GPA3.34, Master美国2nd Tier GPA 3.85
就在纽约一家投行prop trading desk做analyst工作了3年多, 底层打工的，没有什么leadership exp，工作内容cover方面比较广,基本是boss的左右手,整个desk的running,还有需要经常和Asia和Europe的人合作
G 730+4.5
课外活动：大学里比较多,这边就相对少了点
爱好：吉他唱歌还不错，经常表演和比赛
推荐信: 可能要得到1.internship时候hedge fund的partner I (好像是emory的JD-MBA)
2.internship时候hedge fund的partner II(wharton本科, 似乎家里有人在columbia business school做professor)
3.现在工作其他部门的一个同事（work closely with him) (columbia 本科+MBA+Harvard JD)
4.graduate school program的头，phd,他一直很喜欢我（因为我算就业结果蛮好的估计，平时也initiative)
5.在想是不是要请老板写推荐信...但是又不想让他知道.....是不是老板的推荐信作用更大？
目标: 1.harvard 2. Wharton 3. Columbia 哪一个比较有希望？（或者说我的背景更适合哪几所？我读学校还没什么概念，只是认牌子...) 这些推荐人中哪3个相对比较合适呢？

Hello there! I am happy to offer up some thoughts for you my friend. First of all, your chances are going to be the best at Columbia for sure. and that is true of anyone! Apply to CBS for their ED round, and you will have a great shot given your scores and your background. Now remember, HBS will ask for three LORs, not just the typical two.

In terms of whom to ask for a Letter of Recommendation (LOR), you have options of course. Yes, ideally, you would have your direct supervisor write the LOR for you. But many times, this would affect your application negatively. So you will simply need to address this in your optional essay, briefly. You couldn’t get your direct supervisor, and this is why. It will be easy for ya. You wont want any academic references, since this is a work-related program, the MBA.
