答案：E
白勇说：A、B都不对是因为没有between A with B这样的搭配，C答案是逻辑意思混乱，D是违反定于从句简洁原则，而且定语从句中的单复数和vapor不一致。
但是我搞不清楚（E）选项里面的不定式“to produce ……”到底是和前面那一部分有逻辑关系？是谁to produce？按照白勇讲的，我还是想不通。请牛牛们能不能就这个表达结构再给出其他几个例句？不胜感激！

不定式多用来表示‘目的’。

我知道不定式可以用来表示目的，但是在这句话里，把不定式理解为表示目的的话，总感觉有点荒唐，那样这句话不就成了：酸雨和酸雪是由那些为了制造高腐蚀性硫酸氮酸的化学反应引起的。我觉得化学反应客观上就是反应了，没有什么人为目的故意让他那样反应吧？我觉得用producing还可以理解得通，producing可以译为“制造了高腐蚀性硫酸氮酸的化学反应”。
不知道producing错在哪里？
