C意思不对 hints of disruption 而不能是supplies

C的错误：

1. to any hints of oil supplies that...这个表述不正确
原句想表述的重心是any hints of disruption
C表述的重心是any hints of supply

2. as的用法错误，as要么加句子，要么加名词

3. was时态错
