晕， 第一眼看的时候吧主语看错了，真不应该 这句话的意思是（大概这样，别较真啊） 农场设备和土地的价值都在贬，这些抵押品（农场设备和土地）是农民朋友用来进行贷款以维持到丰收季节用的，使得放贷的人会收紧银根。
Choosing between D and E is certainly tricky here. D is redundant. To "use [something] as collateral" is "to borrow against" that thing. You can say one or the other in a sentence (and E goes with the "borrow against" version) but, if you use both, you're saying the same thing twice! Most people miss that on this one - tough one.
