T-3-Q19.

A Swiss government panel recommended that the country sell about half of its gold reserves and this raised fears of other countries that do the same and inundate the market.

B.reserves, which, as a result, raised fears of other countries that

C.reserves, as a result, they feared that other countries would

D.reserves, with fears raised that other countries would

E.reserves, raising fears that other countries

我在D和 E之间纠结，望请大牛指点。为何答案是E 呢？
A不对， this不可以单独替代
B，which不可以指代整句话，且时态不对
C 时态也不对
D和E 的意思是不一样的，D我觉得是省略to be, with fears (to be ) raised (so) that other countries would do the same. 这样逻辑意思就很清楚Swiss的卖黄金可以起到什么作用。
E光从语法上看是对的，但是觉得意思不符逻辑，Swiss国家卖黄金提高了恐慌（其它国家也会卖黄金的恐慌）

修正： D 选项好像还可以理解为伴随，Swiss 边自己卖黄金边担心着别国也卖黄金，Swiss自己fear , 所以 fear 是被raised，用被动是对的。
而E选项的Ing，但是raise whose fears? 对象没有说。是Swiss raise other country's fear? 但是那个fear本身的内容就是关于other contries的，所以不可能。还是raise Swiss people's fears? 这个有可能，但是Swiss为什么要这么做呢？自己卖黄金提高本国人民的恐慌，好像也不正常。anyway就是有歧义，不清楚啊~~~ 不解为何是正确答案

我也选的D，我的理解是would表虚拟表是将来可能发生的，因为是恐惧别的国家将会什么什么。
虽然我知道ING形式表伴随的结果。但是就是因为would这个我选了D
跟我总结啊。只要是有动词ing的和with的，答案往往是选ing的

这道题的答案有没有定论？D还是E？
