语法笔记中有关于省略的说明：大概意思是，当while/if等从句的谓语是be动词，且其主语与主句主语一致，可以将主语和be一起省略。。。。。

D的问题在于句子不完整 缺少谓语 前面是个分号 后面必须是个完整的句子 这里的while 个人认为是转折的意思 而且前后平行
