quick确实可以用作副词，但是一般只是用在口语之中相当于quickly或是fast

而adj+er只可能是形容词比较级的表达方式，不会出现后缀er的词是副词的，这是英语字根里面的一种约定俗成的表达方式

quicker不作副词呢，在书面上作adj，adv就只能 more quickly了
