其实思路也比较简单：
D的总收入是下降的，但是他的零售商的销售收入是提高了的，尽管销售量小了
这就说明（1）D的收入来源占比，除了卖给零售商retailer，还有别人，而别人这块的收入是下降的，而且这部分收入所占比重更大。（C选项提供一个“别人”：manufacturers）
（2）为什么会下降：manufacturer和retailer的隐含关系，retailer的销售量小了，进货就少了，供货的manufacturer自然收入就会下降，而D是manufacturer的manufacture，自然也会下降
