第二个黑体部分意思是那两个标准可以通过别的手段达到 所以不再需要那个program了 而A选项说这个program达不到他的目标 但是这个program达到了这个目标（wants its managers to have international experience）所以A其实有一点偷换概念作者: lshtao08 时间: 2011-4-20 22:42
其实A的问题不在前半段而在后半段。
文章中，Hachut的目的在于“wants its managers to have international experience”，而第二个BF部分说的是“wants its managers to have international experience”可以用其他方式达到。
再看选项，A后半段说“holding that the practice cannot achieve its objective.”，这与第二个BF说的矛盾，因为第二个BF说的是能达到，但有更好的途径，也就是说没有否认原计划能达到目标。
