Well, whether the customers can or cannot obtained the gas elsewhere has no baring on the the effectiveness of the proposed tactics.

The key is whether or not these customers would LISTEN to the unions complaint and BUY gas from OTHER stations, even if those stations are far away or more difficult to go to.

Based on the same rationale, it is irrelevant if the Chinese LIKE democracy or not. But it is relevant whether the Chinese will fight for or against the democray movement.

楼上的意思是说，如果customers不能很容易的找到其他加油的地方，说不定就不会支持union的tactic是不是？

这题的正确答案应该是E吧。题目问的是哪个选项是跟这个consumer boycott against Gasco gas stations的tactic最不相关的。就是E讲的是其他公司的事所以最不相关。B的关联在于，Gasco是个汽油站，而如果Gasco 的customers（也就是Gasco汽油站的consumers）不能很容易从其他途径获得汽油的话，那你这个union就很难叫这些consumer支持你boycutt Gasco，所以B跟他的这个tactic能否成功是有关联的。
二楼的解释恕俺浅薄看不懂啥个意思，呵呵，这个democracy好像扯得远了。。。
