我是这样理解的不知道对不对~~ 题目说政府要出台一项鼓励政策增加银行存款金额 D说一些人把已经存在银行里的钱转到那个特别账户 这样的话总的银行金额就没有变，只是从一个账户到另一个账户，所以起不到增加存款的作用。。作者: cindyzhou1114 时间: 2011-4-25 20:16
嗯嗯 接楼上 我也是差不多那样理解的 还有补充一点 人们从一个银行账户转到现在不交税的银行账户上，不仅没有增加银行存款，还减少了税收。作者: lala974 时间: 2011-7-6 08:17
这题很缺德，搞了个special account，又搞了个longterm savings。。。 意思是政府希望推行special account的办法来吸引depositors以提高存款水平。所谓special就是免税。
