Manhattan SC里明确指明这种用法是错误的：
More ... rather than
More ... instead of
More ... as
比较级 + over
都是错误的用法

这题的答案是A，也就是承认了more ... rather than 的用法。

我也没搞懂这里的more没有比较对象如果rather than是和conforming那句搭配的话
不应该有more就有than么？
