The answer is E C:Why must they buy goods whose prices tend to rese especially fast?Why not buy other goods? 退休者需要子女的补贴，但是仅仅达到一个舒适的水平。即使退休金增加了20％，子女依然只会补贴到舒适的水平。并没有能够是退休者的财政水平达到well being。
