我也不是牛,但是想参与一下讨论。我觉得以'able'结尾的形容词是用于形容它所修饰名词的本质属性,weather conditions are not foreseeable, 天气情况是不可预测的,但是weather conditions that are not foreseeable 就感觉怪怪的,我也不知道怎么翻译,但是感觉这种用法不对。相比之下,weather conditions that can not be foreseen: 那些不可(用外界力量,手段来)预测的天气情况,(而不是由于它本身就不可测)

2) if U cannot see the difference between B and D at once . use parallelism.
The spraying of pesticides <can be carefully planned> , BUT accidents, weather conditions that< cannot be foreseen>.
Better structure than D
