do not agree. on the one hand, although unhealthy behaviors may be counterproductive, employers can only advise employees to avoid such behaviors, rather than prohibit them from doing so. if the employer considers one employee incompetent as a result of unhealthy behaviors, the employer has the right to fire him or her. on the other hand, employees should have freedom to choose their own way of personal life.
