选E的人偏多。。 我一开始也是选E的，但是对于E我有一个疑问：
E选项，如果回答是，能削弱文中的结论吧。但是如果回答否，能削弱文中的结论吗？？

B is correct,since other crops INCLUDE the modified crop E is irrelevant,because the amount of insecticide is not a RATE.
