Even though Clovis points, spear points with longitudinal grooves chipped onto their faces, have been found all over North America, they are named for the New Mexico site where they were first discovered in 1932.

point
Do you have a pencil with a sharper point

(C) Named for the New Mexico site where they have been first discovered in 1932, Clovis points, spear points of longitudinal grooves chipped onto the faces, have been found all over North America.

have been first discovered in 1932时态错,in 1932 应该用过去时

they have been 的问题,discover 不能一直持续~

A new series of veins have been discovered 6 miles (10 km) north of the
El Gallo resource.

但是og给的解释中说“their discovery took place in1932 and is not ongoing”这个"is not ondoing"是他解释有错么?

Although they were named for..
3.where first discovered in 1932只能指代前面New Mexico,出现逻辑错误,where first discovered in 1932逻辑上应该修饰C points的,C points在1932年被发现。
