问下A选项 said 后面不要加that么？

it was said是典型的插入句型态，不需要加that。
通常，插入句前后会打","，不过也可以不打。看到这种句直接把它划掉当做没看到即可。
选项B很显然是不懂插入句然后改成更复杂且难以理解的陷阱选项。
