I can correctly choose D.
D--------is as effective as newer, more expensive antibiotics 是这两个并列吗？如果是的话，也没有and难道也对？还是这个结构谁能分析一下？

I can correctly choose D.
D--------is as effective as newer, more expensive antibiotics 是这两个并列吗？如果是的话，也没有and难道也对？还是这个结构谁能分析一下？

突然想到了，能不能这样理解 amoxicillin is about as effective as newer 相当于 amoxicillin---比较（ as effective as） newer。。newer在这里当作对应的名词，是不是可以？more expensive antibiotics 靠近修饰newer，
不知道这样对不对？

亲爱的crack25，你想太多了啊~呵呵
amoxicillin is about as effective asnewer, more expensive antibiotics and causes ........, newer 和 more expensive 都是来形容 antibiotics 的，翻译成更新的而且更贵的，前面的 is 和 cause 平行修饰 amoxicillin。

当时也是这样想的，可是突然觉得两个并列的形容词之间应该有and连词并列一下吧？
难道说2个形容词并列不一定得有连词？

不一定非要用and 连接啊，用逗号也可以把两个同等重要的形容词分开啊，而且这题目只能这样理解啊~newer 当作名词太牵强了啊~
