one of + 名词复数+that定语从句谓语用复数
one of + 名词复数谓语用单数
？

你问的类似我之前回复的问题姑且看一看吧

He is only/but one of ten students that are invited to meet the president.
他只不过是那十个被邀请会见总统的学生中的一个。

He is the only one of ten students that is invited to meet the president.
他是那十个学生中的唯一被邀请会见总统的那一个。

第一句话的only/but是副词修饰be动词表示仅仅、只是，等同merely。
第二句话的only被the局限住只能做形容词表示唯一，使重心变成the only one，
the使得后方修饰语有一个强烈的指示one这个对象（那一个），
that因此很自然的去修饰核心the one。
