你没有搞明白magazine和 issue的区别。magazine是杂志，印刷成本不变，的意思是总印刷成本不变，如果能够节省邮费（月刊到双月刊），自然会省钱。

但是，issue是期，比如月刊一年就是12个 issues。所以如果广告商打广告是按照期的数量付钱，那么期数减半，广告收入就减半了，就算生下来邮费，也不一定会提高收入。

但是虽然广告收入减半，但是省下的postage是多少我们并不知道啊。。。所以profits不一定会decline啊。。。
